Shoira Turaeva is advising on complex projects on establishment of joint ventures as well as M&A deals since 2007. Shoira also has extensive experience in international project finance, corporate governance, and safeguard of assets.

Prior to joining Rodin & Partners Shoira was a General Counsel at major investment company with assets under management over 1bln US Dollars and before that she was in private practice with leading international law firms Baker&McKenzie and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Along with qualification in Russia, Shoira is also admitted to practice in State of New York (2013).

In addition to Russian Shoira is fluent in English.
