The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) is Russia’s sovereign wealth fund with reserved capital of $10 billion under management focused on infrastructure, technological and regional development. It was established to co-invest alongside top global investors, acting as a catalyst for direct investment in Russia. RDIF has invested and committed for this purpose 1.5 trillion rubles, of which RDIF alone invested 100 billion rubles and 1.4 trillion rubles came from co-investors, partners and banks.
